With limited plantings in California, it is difficult to find Semillon bottled separately. However this is our 22nd consecutive vintage release. This dry white has is nicely balanced with an upfront minerality and has a rich, honeyed texture with pear and apricot flavors. Great with all seafood!

We were originally inspired to make a Sweet Malbec when we tasted the fresh juice while taking sugar samples. We thought it would make a terrific wine if kept a bit sweet (less than half of the residual sugar of a typical late harvest wine). The idea was a wine to go with a biscotti or macaroons at 4 in the afternoon. Serve chilled.
