Twelve-Bottles Richard the Lion-Heart 2018 Futures
Our Richard the Lion-Heart is a rich blend of all six of the Noble Red Bordeaux varietals each of which is grown and carefully nurtured in our Rennie Organic Vineyard in Yorkville.
For this regal wine we select our favorite barrels of each varietal wine and carefully create a harmonious and hedonistic blend. This luscious wine benefits from 21 months in 100% French oak barrels. Fewer than 200 cases will be released next spring. We invite you to take this opportunity to invest in our unique wine at the best price possible - guaranteed.
Our 2018 blend is: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec, and 2% Carmenere.
Futures are a special tradition in winemaking, because they’re wines you purchase before they've been aged and released to distribution. You can acquire a future to commemorate a year, to collect a favorite wine at its very first opportunity, or to invest in its coming value.
Our Richard the Lion-Heart has been winning awards and recognition since we first released it back in 1995. We love creating the blend and experiencing the synergy each varietal brings as the wine evolves. Join us in the journey.
