Located at the top of Anderson Valley (before you enter or upon leaving it) Yorkville Cellars is a gem. Do not be dissuaded by its tucked-off location or unfussy exterior banner-style signage … this winery is making some of the best Bordeaux blends you’ll taste. And their prices feel like steals... - WeekEndSherpa.com
Don't miss this winery. – "Lovely people who understand the nature of their land and their vines. My current favorite is the wine made from two different grapes grafted to the same root stock. Malbec-Petit Verdot is special and a wine no one else makes. Well worth the trip." – Judy T.
Cannot wait to visit again! – "Always some of the best wines around! Yummy reds, whites, roses, and sweets! I used to live in the Santa Barbara region and did lots of wine tasting down there, Yorkville matches the best of them easily and at VERY decent prices! This was my third visit and I have had different servers each time. Each and everyone has been knowledgeable and nice. I have been in the fall and spring, and the winery is gorgeous in both seasons! Plus Slate their kitty often makes an appearance and is super cute!" – Abby L.
Inviting & so knowledgable – "Edward, Deborah and the Yorkville team are the kindest hosts! Every time I visit I learn something new about the winemaking process and the Bordeaux varietals they produce. The wine is exceptionally good – the Rosé de Franc is my favorite – and when you taste the wines, you can truly taste the passion and effort that has gone into each bottle. If you're driving by on Hwy 128, don't hesitate to stop in!" – Brittany B.
Wine country visit – "My husband and I were excited to visit the only organic farm we knew of and it exceeded our expectations! We received excellent service and felt not pressure, yet we decided to become wine club members. We are both almost 50 years old and have never made this type of commitment, so this should tell you how much we loved the flavor of their reds! Looking forward to our quarterly visits within the next year." – Karen J.
