With last month's focus on Cabernet Franc, this month we move on to its descendent, Cabernet Sauvignon. We're now releasing the 2006 vintage after 20 months of barrel aging and close to a year in the bottle to mature. Please note: our Hi-Rollr Wine Club members will not be receiving this wine. As we now make more than the 9 wines shipped annually, so some must be left out and we try to rotate.
