Sauvignon Blanc - new vintage
Our flagship wine, from our oldest vineyard block planted in 1982. The newly released 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent offering. Each year we barrel ferment and age it to give the wine extra body and a smooth finish. This vintage has aromas of lime, vanilla and honeysuckle. It has a rich texture and fruit flavors - tangerine and green melon.
Enjoy with the lighter fare of summertime- pasta, baked chicken with herbs, or have a glass to start a very pleasant summer evening. That's what you'll find us doing most evenings!

Ladybugs Release

We just recently added well over 10,000 additional ladybugs to our vineyards. They are among the beneficial insects that help control unwanted pests. It also helps us produce the best organically grown grapes possible.
